Shipping Methods
We currently ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the package and destination. The shipping carrier is selected based on the most efficient and reliable option for your order.
Processing & Shipping Times
Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, unless Pickup at Expo is selected at checkout.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of your order. Your final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address, so rates can be calculated based on the items in your cart and your destination.
Delivery Timelines
Orders ship from Northern California and delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination. Please allow extra time during periods of high shipping volume, such as holidays.
For orders placed after an event, shipping may take approximately 4–6 weeks if items need to be reprinted or restocked.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s progress.
