Shipping Method

We currently ship via USPS and UPS, depending on the package. The shipping carrier will be selected based on the most efficient option for your order.

Shipping Times

Orders usually ship within 2-3 days unless Pickup at Expo is selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the weight of your order. Your final shipping rate will be shown once you enter your shipping address, allowing a rate to be calculated based on the items you have selected.

Delivery Timelines

Please note that orders ship from Northern California and are subject to the carrier's capabilities. Extra time should be allowed during high mail volume windows such as the holidays. Additionally, orders placed after an event may take 4-6 weeks to ship if the item needs to be reprinted.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will be notified with a tracking number that you can use to track your package.
