RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges both by mail and in person at the SuperTri Merchandise Booth. Merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels attached. Customized jerseys and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Simply bring your packing slip and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the SuperTri Store. Our friendly team will be happy to assist you.

Instructions for Returns & Exchanges by Mail

For mail-in exchanges, please email shop@supertri.com to request a return label and shipping instructions.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you received an incorrect item, the wrong size, or merchandise that arrived damaged or defective, please contact us. We will provide a prepaid return label and make it right as quickly as possible.

Processing Times

Mail-in returns and exchanges are processed within two weeks of arriving at the SuperTri Online Store warehouse.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Once processed, refunds typically appear on your billing statement within 7–10 business days.

Exchange items will be shipped to the original shipping address on your order. When your exchange ships, we’ll send you an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
