RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We gladly accept returns and exchanges by mail and in person at the SuperTri Merchandise booth. Merchandise is eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery and must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed and with all tags and labels attached. Customized jerseys and clearance merchandise are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Bring the packing slip you received with your order and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the SuperTri Store.

Instructions for Merchandise Returns & Exchanges by Mail
For exchanges by mail, please email shop@supertri.com to receive a label to return your items. 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If your return or exchange is the result of an error on our part please email us. We will provide a prepaid shipping label if incorrect items or sizes were shipped or merchandise has a manufacturer defect or damage sustained during shipping.

Processing Times
Returns or exchanges submitted by mail will be processed within two weeks of delivery to the SuperTri Online Store warehouse.

Return refunds are issued in the form of payment originally used when your order was placed. Once issued, the refund will typically appear on your billing statement within 7-10 business days.

Exchange item(s) will be sent to the shipping address originally provided when your order was placed. When your exchange is shipped, an email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided when your order was placed.
